With over 25 years in the public records, title insurance, and real estate appraisal industries, Marc A. Lovenworth is the co-founder of SearchTec Holding, Inc. The SearchTec group of companies serves the home equity,real estate, and legal communites. Under his leadership SearchTec has gained a prestigious reputaion as a growing and successful firm.
After graduating Temple University in 1978, Lovenworth worked as Corporate Credit Manager for the US subsidiary of a multi-national swiss manufacturing and distribution company.During his tenure there he established a credit and collections department to sustain the firms rapid growth for $2million to $10million in annual US sales and was instrumental on its aquisition team.
In 1982, Lovenworth returned to Philadelphia and entered the public records retreival industry. Over seven years he guided a single office property search firm into a regional company offering searches, appraisals and title insurance.
Always eager for new challenges, Lovenworth founded SearchTec in 1989. His commitment to building strategic alliances in the mid-Atlantic region creates an innovative corporate environment. As a result of Lovenworth's knowledge and experience, SearchTec is now a dynamic market leader.
Still headquartered in Philadelphia, SearchTec now has regional offices in North and South Carolina and Tennesse.

Dorothy Tittermary
President, SearchTec Abstract

Dorothy E. Tittermary serves as the President and co-founder of Searchtec Abstract, Inc., a Philadelphia-based title insurance agency operating in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and underwritten by First American Title Insurance Company and Commonwealth Land Title. Her four decades of experience in the title insurance industry make her one of the most respected names in real estate.
Tittermary earned her reputation as one of the area’s most knowledgeable and capable settlement officers during her distinguished tenure with both Continental Title Insurance Company and Industrial Valley Title Insurance Company. After 13 years with Continental Title, she became the Assistant Vice President and Manager of Industrial Valley Title’s main office settlement department in February, 1984. While at Industrial Valley Title, she created efficient workflow procedures, managed its ten-member settlement staff, coordinated all residential, commercial and multi-state transactions, and significantly increased the company’s conveyancing and recording fee income. Her knowledge, experience and sensitivity to customer needs earned her the respect of many of the region’s realtors, attorneys, and developers.
In 1989, Tittermary co-founded Searchtec Abstract, Inc. with Marc Lovenworth. Under her twenty-year stewardship, the company has become a leader in both residential and commercial title insurance. In recent years, her efforts allowed Searchtec Abstract to be at the forefront of the Philadelphia condominium-conversion boom. Tittermary constantly challenges herself and her staff to stay aware of current title practices and remain true to the principles of hard work and honesty.

Lance Lenny

Lance Lenny is the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of SearchTec Holding Inc.
Lenny joined the Philadelphia-based company in 1996 as part of the sales and business development team. Throughout Lenny’s tenure, he has consistently raised the bar on taking SearchTec to new levels of technical development, which includes the shift from a single-server to multi-server split process systems.
Lenny has developed the integration of industry instant products such as national AVMs (automated valuation models), flood determinations, county/local property detail information, North Carolina Court Information System (Civil and Criminal Information) and e-recording into SearchTec's web-based order management system. It is through his knowledge, expertise, and dedication that has enabled SearchTec to be the leader that it is today in the Public Records Search Industry.
Upon graduation from Rutgers University in 1989 where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Economics, Lenny served as a Broker Manager for a family-owned real estate firm based out of Southern New Jersey. He served in this position for seven years.

Kenneth Revallo
Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Ken Revallo is responsible for SearchTec's financial and diverse accounting procedures. Revallo has served as Chief Financial Officer since September 1990. He has experience with emerging as well as established title insurance companies.
Revallo is responsible for formulating financial policy and plans and providing overall direction for the accounting, tax, insurance, budget, credit, treasury and management information reporting functions of SearchTec.
Revallo came to SearchTec from Industrial Valley Title Insurance Company where he served as Treasurer where he was responsible for all aspects of maintaining corporate records on both a statutory and G.A.A.P. basis, in order to produce reports monthly, quarterly, and annually. He served on the management, investment and pension committees there.
Revallo received a B.S. in business administration under the accounting curriculum in June of 1969 from Temple University.
