THE MIDDLEMAN IS STRONG
SearchTec systems department has developed XML-based software that connects seamlessly with RealEC’s web pages. RealEC can be considered to be a middleman, operating between large financial lenders such as Chase Manhattan Bank and their suppliers. RealEC receives their orders from the bank and posts them as transactions to a SearchTec web page. The order is transferred into the database and processed. When the results are ready, a SearchTec web page posts them back to a RealEC web page. RealEC them takes the results and sends them back to the lender. This method allows for the easy transmission of images, such as a copy of a deed or mortgage. All transactions are secure, as they are encrypted prior to sending on the Internet. |
