COMPANY BACKGROUND
Transcor’s Mortgage Enterprise Lending System is a banking system that offers a wide range of features and capabilities that are designed to support the unique requirements of a Mortgage Lending operation.
INTEGRATION BEGINS
Transcor now integrates directly with SearchTec for Search Reports, Appraisals, and Flood Hazard Reports. Any lending institution that uses Transcor’s system can order these products as part of their own internal system. The Transcor system then creates and sends an XML-formatted order to SearchTec via the internet.
RESULTS HAPPEN
When the work is completed, SearchTec’s system puts the results into a mailbox. Transcor’s system periodically retrieves the mail and updates its own datafiles. The lender is informed that the file is ready to be worked on, and the lending process continues. This interface between Trancor and Searchtec was developed with the encouragement and assistance of Fox Chase Bank. |
