Lance Lenny is the President and Chief Operating Officer of SearchTec Inc.
Lenny joined the Philadelphia-based company in 1996 as part of the sales and business development team. Throughout his tenure, he has consistently raised the bar on taking SearchTec to new levels of technical development, which includes the shift from a single-server to multi-server split process systems.
Lenny has developed the integration of industry instant products such as National AVMs (automated valuation models), FEMA Flood Data, County Recorder and Deed Information, Loan Originations Software, County Judgment Records, North Carolina Court Information System (Civil and Criminal Information), Customer Relations Management Software, and Electronic Recording Portals into SearchTec's web-based order management system. It is through his knowledge, expertise, and dedication that has enabled SearchTec to be the leader that it is today in the Public Records Search Industry.
Upon graduation from Rutgers University in 1989 where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Economics, Lenny served as a Broker Manager for a family-owned real estate firm based out of Southern New Jersey. He served in this position for seven years.
